About Rev. Indira Dabideen
Reverend Indira Dabideen has been involved in ministry for the greater part of her life. Growing up in church she recounts being heavily involved in ministry from an early age.
She functioned in many leadership positions including being the church Treasurer before becoming the Associate Pastor of the Windsor Park Open Bible Church, where she presently serves.
Possessing a BSc Degree in Information Systems and Management with over twenty-five (25) years in Administration and Human Resource, it is no surprise that her passion is for people and organization.
This drive propelled Reverend Dabideen to occupy the position she now holds as the Director of Administration on the Open Bible Standard Churches National Board of Directors.
Additionally, she lectures at the Open Bible Institute of Theology in Church Administration and Business.
Much closer to her heart, however, are the many relationship hats she wears. A caring and concerned daughter, an understanding sister and friend, a kind supervisor, and being a simple part of God’s greater plan.
About the Role
The Director of Administration is responsible for the management of the human resources, office property and equipment of the National Office, the public relations, assisting in the planning of the National Convention, special meetings and events of the Organization.
