Local Evangelism & Foreign Missions (LEFM) exists to serve Local and Foreign Ministries of OBSC by:
- Motivating, Training, and assisting Churches to fulfill the great commissions;
- Aggressive Prayer, Evangelism, Discipling of all believers, planting of Churches;
- Seeking at all times to minister to the needs of the whole man to the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Taking the whole gospel to the whole man to the whole world;
- Dedicated to the total evangelization of the world in obedience to the great commission.
