About Rev. Deonanan Jagdip

Reverend Jagdip was born into a strict Vedic Hindu home and attended a Hindu primary school for his early education. He surrendered his life to Lord Jesus Christ on the 5thMarch 1974 at Corinth Settlement, Ste Madeleine during a crusade hosted by the Ste Madeleine OBC pastored by Rev Leroy Haynes and under the preaching ministry of Rev Selma Ballosingh.

During those years, he served as Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, MOVE President and as a member of the Church’s Board of Deacons.

Reverend Jagdip has been the Senior Pastor of the Windsor Park Open Bible Church for over 30 years, is widely travelled and has ministered the Word of God in Barbados, USA, and England.

Family – Together with his wife Sis Shara (married over 41years), they have three children: Rachel, Stephen, and Sarah, all serving the Lord. He has with God’s help, his family and the faithful congregation’s support, transformed the Windsor Park Open Bible church from a small shed to a beautiful new two storey building, with a fully air-conditioned Worship Sanctuary and an Empowerment Centre on the first floor for church members and for use by the wider church body and residential community.

OBSC National Board of Directors – Pastor Jagdip has served and continues to serve with excellence on the National Board of Directors of OBSC Inc of Trinidad and Tobago having been elected to office in 2011. His most recent national assignment was the planning and hosting of the Trinidad and Tobago Alert Conference 2017 hosted by OBSC of T&T in association with other full gospel churches in Trinidad and conducted by the Barnabas Purse UK.

Region 3 Leadership – This Region is comprised of 24 Churches and over 56 pastors and other ministers. Pastor Jagdip with the help and direction of the Holy Spirit and members of the Regional Council have navigated Region 3 through glorious years of church and personal development, church planting, pastoral ministry, leadership dynamics, teamwork, family related activities, and fellowship.

About the Role

The Superintendent-Director provides an intermediate level of leadership as Regional Superintendents within the National structure. He disseminates information from board meetings to the ministers in their region.
