About Rev. Errol Joseph

Reverend Dr. Errol Elton Joseph is a born-again believer for over 47 years. He has functioned in numerous capacities at the Open Bible Institute of Theology (OBIT), Open Bible High School, and the National Board of the Open Bible Standard Churches, where he currently holds the position of Elder-Director of Christian Education.

Additionally, he served as Vice President Academic Affairs at the West Indies School of Theology (WIST) and is presently the Accrediting Coordinator of the Caribbean Evangelical Theological Association.

Rev. Joseph is the holder of a PhD in Organizational Leadership, a MA in Christian Education, a Bachelor of Theology, and a Diploma in Pastoral Studies. He lectures at WIST and OBIT in Leadership, Spiritual Formation and Conflict Management.

Rev. Dr. Joseph’s ministry as Senior Pastor spans more than 3 decades, serving at Indian Trail Open Bible, Claxton Bay Open Bible and recently at the Marabella Open Bible Church. He and his Jamaican-born wife Lorrien have one son, Lorrence Elton Angelo.

About the Role

The Elder-Director of Education promotes and oversees the operations of the educational institutions of the Organization and is a consultant/resource person for theological and related disciplines.
